cancellation/refund policy

  • If booking is cancelled: 1. More than 14 days prior to pickup: 50% of the reservation total is refundable
  • 2. Less than 14 days prior to pickup: the reservation total is non-refundable

  • 1. All changes and modifications are subject to availability
  • 2. No change fees: you can request to modify dates, locations and vehicle model up to 2 days before pickup, subject to availability. Requests are not always guaranteed.
  • 3. We recommend making changes to travel dates/locations/models as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
